During this remodel, KS Audio Video upgraded 30 year old lighting and outdated wiring to help turn this home into a modern, high performing, cutting edge smart home.

A unique feature is the TV built into the wall in the kitchen. This installation complements the modern clean lines of the room and still provided convenient viewing of the TV while cooking or sitting in the kitchen. Custom wall transducers were also installed for audio since the TV was recessed into the wall.

Audio performance in this home rivals most night clubs. With 9 speakers and 2 sub woofers strategically located in the main living area there is no need to hire a DJ when you are having a party in this home. A TV was placed outdoors on the underside of a slanted gazebo roof to ensure guests in the pool or hot tub would be able to watch the big race without drying off. Keypads placed in strategic areas make controlling multiple lights simple. A single button press can control lights in the front the home, boat dock, and the boat house to set the right mood or just turn off all the lights. The security system, and surveillance system were also integrated to provide the homeowner with peace of mind when traveling.

The entire home and boat house is controlled by a single automation system to make controlling all this technology very easy.
