General Returns Policy:
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by KSAudioVideo.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All items purchased from KSAudioVideo.com or from our Charlotte office are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product in which case we will cover all shipping costs incurred with the return. Please call our Charlotte office at 888-285-3161 or email us at sales@ksaudiovideo.com to request a product return. Please include your order number, contact name, phone number or email address and a reason for the return request (i.e. defective product, customer changed mind, etc.) Our customer service representatives will be able to assist you with your return including shipping arraignments and any applicable refunds.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable:
Any product missing the serial number or UPC
Gift Certificates
Pay-as-you-go cards (i.e. DishNOW!/DishYA! cards)
DSS satellite receivers that have been activated or in pending/hold status*
ALL new TVs more than 5 days after delivery
*This policy does not apply to defective receivers that are being returned for an exchange
Product Specific Policies:
No returns or store credit will be issued 5 days after purchase of all TVs
All free items included in any sales transaction must be returned for a valid refund to be credited. The retail value of any free or bonus items not returned will be deducted from ll refunds.
DSS satellite receivers/systems that have been activated or are in pending/hold status are not authorised for return/refund.
Any set-up charges, delivery charges (does not include shipping), and/or installation charges are not refundable.
Partial Refunds:
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any opened TV, DVD player, CD player, VHS-player, speakers, remote controls, or A/V receivers / amplifiers. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Orders Returned After 30 Days:
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, please call our Charlotte office at 888-285-3161 or email us at sales@ksaudiovideo.com to request a product return. Please include your order number, contact name, phone number or email address and a reason for the return request (i.e. defective product, customer changed mind, etc.) Our customer service representatives will be able to assist you with your return including shipping arraignments and any applicable refunds.
Exchanges:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, refer to the General Returns Policy section for instructions on requesting a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through this process and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded your original purchase price (subject to the return policies detailed above) once we receive the item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can access return information by calling our Charlotte office at 888-285-3161 or emailing our sales department at sales@ksaudiovideo.com.
In-Store Returns:
All items purchased from KSAudioVideo.com are returnable in-store. All in-store returns should be made at our Charlotte office located at: 2010 Wilshire Court, Concord, NC 28025. All in-store returns are subject to the same return policies detailed above.
Return Instructions:
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
- Please call our Charlotte office at 888-285-3161 or email us at sales@ksaudiovideo.com to request a product return. Please include your order number, contact name, phone number or email address and a reason for the return request (i.e. defective product, customer changed mind, etc.). OUr customer service representatives will provide you with an electronic mailing label for your return.
- Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If you do not have the packing slip, log-in to your account, select the order related to your return, and print the order page.
- Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.
Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.
If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
