    General Payment Terms:

    KSAudioVideo.com accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, and checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

    We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards. Additionally, the option to pay directly from your bank account is currently unavailable.

    Paying with Credit or Check Cards:

    KSAudioVideo.com accepts the following types of credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover Network
  • American Express
  • Visa or MasterCard check cards or ATM cards

    We do accept purchasing cards, a type of credit card used by many corporations and institutions. Please call Customer Service at 888-285-3161 for more information.

    KSAudioVideo.com does not currently support the Verified by Visa program. You can still use your Visa credit card as payment for an order, but you wont be asked to enter your Verified by Visa password.

    If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, please select Visa from the drop-down menu on the order form.

    You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you prefer, we also have a way for you to use your credit card without ever having to enter the complete number on the Internet. When filling out the order form, simply enter and dummy number (e.g. 1234-5678-9012-3456) and the expiration date of your credit card on the order form. This gives us a way to track your order but guarantees your security. Once you have fully submitted your order, please call our office at 888-285-3161 so that you may provide us with the rest of your credit card number.

    All orders with credit card payment must be accompanied by a credit card authorization. This form is located at Credit Card Authorization Form

    Paying with Checks or Money Orders:

    You must place your order online before mailing us your payment. When filling out the order form, select a card type and enter "0" as the credit card number. Enter the message "payment by check" or "payment by money order" in the comments section.

    After you have submitted your order, you can send payment to the address below:

    Please be sure to write your e-mail address on the check or money order so we may properly credit your account.

    If you mailed us a check or money order more than 4 weeks ago, please click the contact us link on this page and provide us with the following information:

  • E-mail address that appears on check or money order
  • Account name on check or money order (full name and address that appears in upper left corner of the check)
  • Exact dollar amount
  • Exact date the check or money order was sent
  • Check or money order number
  • Date the check was cashed (if applicable--please contact the issuing bank for confirmation)

    International Checks and Money Orders:

    We accept only postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

    Order Shipments:

    Checks or money orders sent from a U.S. address should be received and processed within 2 to 3 weeks. Your order will not ship until after your payment has been received and processed. Items that are in stock will be prepared for shipment immediately after we process your check. Other times will ship upon availability as detialed in the shipment policy. We will send you an e-mail notification on the day that your payment is entered into your account.

    Available funds from checks are not designated to specific orders. We will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds.

    Note: All returned checks will be referred to collections and will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.

    MotoSAT Orders:

    All orders for MotoSAT equipment require 50% deposit to secure the order. Deposit payments may be made in the form of check, money order, or credit card. Payments will be processed according to the standard payment policies regarding checks, money orders, and credit cards respectivly.
