- Provide your local retailer twith the last name listed on your DISH Network account and your DISH Network account number.
- Qualify for one of three plans:
- Plan A: FREE DISH 500, DISH 1000, or DISH 300 mover installation or $50 SuperDISH mover installation.
- Plan B: FREE DISH 500, DISH 1000, or DISH 300 mover installation with qualified programming commitment* or $50 SuperDISH mover installation with qualified programming commitment*.
- Plan C: $50 DISH 500, DISH 1000. or DISH 300 mover installation with qualified programming commitment* or $100 SuperDISH mover installation with qualified programming commitment*.
OR
Get a FREE DISH 500, DISH 1000, or DISH 300 mover installation or a $50 SuperDISH mover installation with DHPP or ClubDISH membership.
